Risk Services - Red Team Consultant (Associate / Senior Associate / Assistant Manager)

About the role

You will deliver end-to-end security testing engagements including red teaming, purple teaming, breach and attack simulation, penetration testing, cloud security and AI security. You will emulate real-world threat actors using tactics, techniques and procedures, and run purple team exercises with blue teams to improve detection, logging and response. You will map adversary techniques using frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and work with the threat intelligence team on attack simulation. You will also develop custom tools, payloads and automation scripts, conduct vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and source code review, and prepare clear reports and presentations for technical and executive audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
• 1-5 years of relevant offensive security experience
• Experience in consulting or client-facing cybersecurity roles
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and present findings
• Knowledge of detection engineering, threat hunting and SOC workflows
• Familiarity with adversary emulation plans and intelligence-driven testing
