About the role
This role sits within Prudential's Sales Review & Quality team in Singapore, supporting the conduct risk and Balanced Scorecard frameworks that set sales advisory standards. You will assess appeals from the agency force on policy replacement and recommend whether to accept or reject them, working closely with the Learning & Development team. It suits someone analytical, self-motivated and detail-oriented who is comfortable with insurance regulations and sales quality reviews.
What you'll do
- Administer the MAS Balanced Scorecard framework
- Help set sales advisory standards and work with internal and external stakeholders to raise them
- Carry out BSC checks, including reviewing sales documents, client surveys, and validating misconduct and mystery shopping cases
