You will lead end-to-end HR transformation projects focused on payroll and time management. Your role covers the design, migration and integration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions. You will make sure payroll and time processes meet statutory compliance requirements. You will also guide onshore and offshore teams through design, build, testing, data migration, cutover and hypercare. You will work with business and HR stakeholders and support change management and training.
