SAP Order to Cash Lead

About the role

You will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Order-to-Cash solutions on SAP S/4HANA for large-scale business transformation. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to standardise and harmonise Order-to-Cash processes, covering Sales & Distribution, customer master data, contracts, pricing, billing and Accounts Receivable. You will configure and integrate SAP Customer Service, including service contracts, notifications, service orders and resource-related billing. You will run fit-to-standard workshops, solution playbacks, WRICEF design and User Acceptance Testing across the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle. You will also lead and mentor a distributed onshore and offshore delivery team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in SAP implementation or related roles
• Deep expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash processes, especially Sales & Distribution and its integration points
• Proven experience leading at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations as an Order-to-Cash or SD lead
• Strong experience in business process design, system configuration and solution delivery
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
