SAP Program/Project Manager

About the role

Lead the delivery of complex SAP transformation programmes and projects from planning through to completion. Define project scope, governance and delivery strategies together with business and technology stakeholders. Manage schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies and risks across the project lifecycle. Keep stakeholders engaged through clear and timely communication, and escalate issues when needed. Mentor team members and promote project management best practices across engagement teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementation, transformation or enhancement projects
• Expert-level programme and project management skills in a matrixed environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks
• Experience with scope management, estimation, planning, scheduling and resource management
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field
