Lead the design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors integration and reporting solutions across multiple global instances and connected systems. Define integration strategy, architecture, standards and governance, and manage interface specifications, data mappings and transformation logic. Oversee integration build, testing, deployment and hypercare, and establish monitoring and error handling for interface health. Design and deliver HR reports, dashboards and analytics using Story Reports, Ad Hoc Reports and People Analytics. Own master data reconciliation and reporting data governance across instances, and lead governance forums with HR, Finance and IT stakeholders. Mentor integration and reporting teams and act as subject matter expert.
