School of Business – Associate Lecturer (Digital Marketing and Communications)

About the role

You will facilitate student learning in digital marketing and communications topics such as social media content, integrated marketing communications, content creation, public relations, storytelling, video production and generative AI. You will translate your industry experience into practical lessons, activities and feedback. You will also coach students through consultations, project discussions and formative feedback. You will help maintain an engaging, inclusive and practice-oriented learning environment.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Communications, Media, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or related fields
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Ability to facilitate learning, guide discussions and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Working knowledge of Generative AI and its applications in communication, media or content creation
• Strong communication skills and a good command of English
• A practical, learner-centred approach and willingness to work with diverse groups of students
