School of Hospitality - Associate Lecturer (Events & Project Management)

About the role

Deliver lessons, workshops and learning activities for pre-employment and continuing education learners based on approved curriculum. Facilitate classroom discussions, project work, case studies and experiential learning. Assess learner performance through grading, feedback and evaluation of assignments, presentations and projects. Share current industry practices, trends and technologies to enhance learners' understanding. Provide consultation, guidance and mentorship to support learner development. Participate in lesson briefings, moderation exercises and curriculum review discussions where required.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Events Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and inspire youths and adult learners
• Passion for sharing industry knowledge and professional experiences
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
