School of Hospitality - Associate Lecturer (Hotel & Leisure Management) F&B

About the role

Deliver practical, industry-relevant training in Food & Beverage operations for the School of Hospitality. Teach modules such as F&B Service and other service-centric topics, and support hands-on practical training. Assist with curriculum enhancement and student assessments. Mentor and develop students both in and out of the classroom. Work collaboratively with academic teams and industry partners.

Requirements

• Relevant academic qualification in hospitality, hotel management or related field (diploma or degree)
• At least 5 to 8 years of industry experience in Food & Beverage Operations
• Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations, service standards and F&B systems (e.g. POS, inventory, reservations)
• Ability to deliver lessons in F&B Service or other service-centric modules
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology in teaching or demonstrations
