SDC Business Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

About the role

You will own full-cycle recruiting for business and core teams across APAC, handling junior-level and high-volume requisitions. You will partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring goals and develop recruiting strategies that meet headcount targets. You will work with Recruiting Analytics to ensure accurate reporting on hiring progress. You will build cross-functional partnerships with Compensation, HR, Finance and other teams to scale hiring. You will generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, events and employee referrals, and provide timely reporting on key metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong track record of meeting targets and managing high-volume hiring
• Experience partnering with hiring teams as a trusted advisor
• High agency and ability to handle ambiguity with autonomy
• Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving
