Security Managed Services Associate Manager

About the role

Lead and deliver vulnerability assessment and penetration testing engagements across network, application, endpoint, cloud and hybrid environments. Run advanced red team operations, adversary emulation and threat simulations to test security controls, detection and incident response. Work with client stakeholders and internal teams to define engagement scope, objectives, rules of engagement and risk priorities. Identify, validate and exploit security vulnerabilities using industry-standard methodologies and tools. Prepare clear, executive-ready reports on technical findings, business risks and remediation actions. Mentor junior security practitioners and contribute to improving VAPT methodologies, red team playbooks and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, IT or related discipline
• Proven experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and offensive security engagements
• Hands-on experience with application security testing, network penetration testing, cloud security assessments and exploitation techniques
• Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP frameworks
• Experience creating technical assessment reports and presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
