The role focuses on business development, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and growing key client accounts. You will own revenue targets, track and forecast sales performance, and use data to improve conversion and retention. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and ensure account management processes, CRM updates and reporting are followed. You will also coordinate solution delivery and communicate project status, risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
