When
Provide administrative support to the Operations team so the department stays effective, updated and accurate. Carry out sourcing and purchasing duties, prepare invoices, key in data and submit scheduled reports. Coordinate paperwork for meter reading, carpark system, M&E services and other operational processes. Assist with documentation for renovation and reinstatement cases, and handle dealings and correspondence with tenants. Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required.
