Senior Administrative Assistant

About the role

Prepare cost estimations and ensure timely submission to the Superintending Officer for approval. Handle financial projections and control budgets and expenditure for contractor works. Prepare monthly payment claims and final accounts for facilities management and maintenance term contracts. Evaluate and jointly measure contractor claims for works orders, checking they are computed correctly against contract rates. Compile payment claims, interim certificates, work orders and invoices for timely payment submission. You may also be assigned related duties and are expected to take ownership of workplace safety and health standards.

Requirements

• Diploma from a recognised tertiary institution
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Prior administrative experience preferred
