Support the execution of debt advisory mandates including loan originations, refinancings and structured financing solutions. Build and maintain financial models covering capital structures, debt capacity, leverage and covenant structuring. Prepare financing memoranda, quote matrices, pitch decks and lender presentations. Coordinate lender processes such as NDA administration, data rooms, due diligence and term sheet analysis. Conduct market, sector and credit research, and help manage relationships with sponsors, investors and lenders across APAC.
