Lead strategic planning, operational excellence and service transformation for integrated pathology services across the SingHealth cluster. Oversee specialist manpower planning, blood bank laboratory integration, health screening support, digital pathology adoption and new service development. Work closely with senior clinical leaders, medical boards and cross-institutional stakeholders to build a sustainable, high-quality pathology service. Manage staffing, budget planning and daily operations in line with Finance and HR policies.
