About the role

This role sits within SingHealth's Office of Digital Empowerment, supporting the rollout, uptake and governance of digital and automation tools across the cluster. You will work with stakeholders, institutions and internal teams to deliver digital capabilities that are scalable and sustainable. It suits someone with a technology support or project coordination background who enjoys user engagement and change management.

What you'll do

Work with stakeholders to assess solution options and advise on digital and automation platforms
Support the design, configuration, implementation, testing and ongoing improvement of solutions

Lead user engagement activities for digital and automation solutions, including gathering feedback

Provide support to users adopting new platforms

Plan and deliver workshops and training sessions

Design supporting training materials

Drive adoption campaigns and community building across institutions

Develop and maintain solution documentation, user guides and governance materials

Prepare adoption tracking reports and effectiveness metrics

Coordinate project activities, timelines and deliverables, manage vendor coordination, and handle stakeholder communication and reporting

Collect and analyse user adoption data and usage trends, presenting reports on engagement, adoption and impact

Take on additional responsibilities related to digital innovation and enablement as assigned by leadership

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in technology support, project coordination or user training
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with automation platforms such as RPA, Microsoft Power Platform or GenAI applied to business processes
Experience supporting technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives
Good understanding of change management principles
Excellent communication and organisational skills
