When
You will plan, develop and implement strategic education workplans and programmes for Allied Health across the cluster, managing five to seven projects a year from inception to evaluation. This includes engaging stakeholders, monitoring budgets, preparing reports and using data analytics to assess effectiveness. You will support Education Leads and Programme Directors in enhancing offerings such as residency programmes, Professional Qualification Programmes and Continuing Professional Development Programmes, and independently manage programme operations and compliance records. You will also coordinate the programme accreditation process with the College of Allied Health Executive Committee, manage regular CPDP courses end to end, and facilitate partnerships with academic universities. In addition, you will support recognition of Allied Health educators, develop SOPs, plan meetings and events, and mentor junior team members.
