When
You will support the Group Finance Capitation & Subvention team in managing the allocation and disbursement of capitation subvention across SingHealth institutions. This includes performing subvention computations for budgeting, forecasting, and disbursement, and ensuring compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) reporting requirements. You will also drive cost containment initiatives by identifying efficiency opportunities and supporting value-based care programmes. Additionally, you will help develop the Cluster Pay-for-Performance framework and use data analytics to generate insights for senior leadership. You will work closely with MOH and internal stakeholders on the MOH Subvention System (SuSy) and other funding models.
