About the role

This role supports the Medical Board Office at the National Cancer Centre Singapore, providing administrative and operational support for governance, compliance and coordination across medical divisions. It suits an organised, detail-oriented person who is comfortable in a fast-paced public healthcare setting and can handle confidential matters with discretion.

What you'll do

Assist the Senior Manager with Medical Board Meetings, including drafting agendas, collating papers, taking minutes and following up on action items
Assess vendor sponsorships and external appointments for alignment with institution policies and flag risk factors promptly
Coordinate review and endorsement of institution-vendor agreements with Legal

Coordinate cluster or institution submissions for the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Clinical)

Help the Senior Manager oversee governance and administrative processes for the Credentialing and Clinical Privileging Committee

Carry out timely and accurate database and system updates

Support ad hoc new initiatives and projects

Lead transformation and improvement projects on current processes such as work plan exercises and approval processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Science or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience; healthcare administration experience is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
Strong policy drafting, report writing and documentation skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proactive team player
