About the role

Support the Office of Value Based Healthcare in implementing value-based healthcare programmes across SingHealth institutions. You will collect, analyse and report data to generate insights that inform strategic decisions. You will coordinate cross-institutional activities and work with managers, Institution Value Leads and other stakeholders to align efforts. You will also build VBH capability through communication and engagement, and liaise with MOH to align with national healthcare objectives. You will prepare reports and updates for various stakeholder groups.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics, benchmarking and change management
Team player and strong collaborator
Independent and proactive worker
