You will support the planning of non-clinical dental clinic operations, including initiating and managing transformation projects for future operating models. You will help build system and workforce capability, conduct future scenario planning and solutioning, and manage mid- to long-term transformation projects. You will lead training for operations staff, scan for emerging operational concepts and technology, and develop SOPs and toolkits. You will also manage transformation projects, redesign workflows with cross-functional teams, and support system design, testing and implementation with IT and clinical stakeholders.
