About the role

You will drive strategic planning and performance management at the National Cancer Centre Singapore, working closely with Senior Management to shape direction and turn high-level strategy into actionable objectives. The role sits within a national tertiary cancer centre and suits early-to-mid career professionals who want strong exposure to senior leadership and healthcare trends.

What you'll do

Lead the development and execution of the organisation's strategy alongside Senior Management
Prepare executive presentations and briefs that shape strategic direction, cancer service planning and resource priorities

Design, implement and continually improve the performance management framework

Carry out Balanced Scorecard reporting and analysis, set KPI targets, and give insights and recommendations to Senior Management

Support Senior Management meetings by preparing agendas, turning complex discussions into actionable notes, and following up on decisions

Coordinate strategic projects and serve on committees to advance institutional priorities

Identify and engage internal stakeholders to build alignment and support for strategic initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Sciences or a related field
3–7 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, corporate or business planning, performance management, policy, consulting or similar
Experience in healthcare or the public sector is an advantage
Track record of supporting or preparing presentations and briefs for senior leadership
Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
Strong visualisation and storytelling skills
