Support the planning, coordination and implementation of digital adoption and patient empowerment initiatives for patient-facing digital services. Gather feedback from patients, caregivers, frontline teams and institutions to identify key themes, barriers and service experience issues, and translate these into practical improvements. Coordinate stakeholders across institutions and departments, facilitate meetings and work sessions, and track actions, milestones, risks and dependencies. Develop readiness resources to help frontline teams navigate changes, and prepare progress updates and presentation inputs for internal discussions. Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve productivity through digital tools, automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
