You will support the planning and design of the patient financial journey, ensuring alignment with MOH policies and identifying process improvements. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth patient billing and transformation. You will develop and implement Patient Financial Services processes, including timely and accurate billing to patient accounts. You will also take part in IT systems implementation and User Acceptance Testing, and provide secretariat support to workgroups and committees.
