About the role

This role sits within the Precinct Planning and Development Department of the Regional Health Systems Office, supporting the Healthy Precinct vision for the Western Region. You will bring internal and community stakeholders together, coordinate initiatives and integrate health and social support systems to strengthen community care. It suits someone with a healthcare or integrated care background who enjoys strategic planning and partnership work.

What you'll do

Track the progress of Healthy Precinct projects in the Western Region, turning strategies into implementation plans with internal and external partners

Develop Healthy Precinct framework elements alongside respective leads so they can be conceptualised and rolled out in the community

Lead development of Healthy Precincts with internal and external stakeholders, providing data insights and analysis for Community Health Plans

Conceptualise and manage pilot projects with internal and community stakeholders to improve the precinct health ecosystem

Take on other strategic projects, possibly with other RHSO-Ops departments or other divisions and agencies, including driving secretariat work for workgroups

Handle any other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline
At least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
Experience in the Singapore healthcare system and/or knowledge of integrated care models is advantageous
Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
Strong planning, project management and organisational skills
Meticulous with good attention to detail and numbers
