When
You will be the main point of contact for SingHealth institutions, guiding them on handling abuse or harassment incidents involving patients and their next of kin. You will work with frontline staff to keep incident response policies effective and relevant. Your duties include managing immediate incident responses, overseeing reporting, and coordinating post-incident management. You will also roll out SOPs across institutions, prepare management reports, and support the Staff Protection Programme. In addition, you will provide secretariat and admin support to the Staff Protection Council and handle special projects.
