About the role

The Division of Supportive and Palliative Care at the National Cancer Centre Singapore is looking for an administrative professional to join its support team. You will help the division run its clinical, research, educational, quality improvement and innovation activities smoothly. This role suits someone with strong secretarial and coordination skills who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders in a healthcare setting.

What you'll do

Support the Head of Department with administrative tasks and coordinate how work is distributed across the team
Prepare educational materials and resources for learners
Manage educational programmes for both learners and educators
Collate data and run statistical analysis on education-related key performance indicators, and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and external funders
Assist with departmental work planning and budgeting exercises
Organise meetings for educational domains, including preparing materials, taking minutes and following up on coordination

Requirements

University degree
2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
Strong secretarial and administrative skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualisation tools such as Tableau
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva is an advantage
Able to work independently with initiative and creativity, and also as part of a team
