About the role

This role sits within Certis, an outsourced services partner headquartered in Singapore, and focuses on accounts payable operations. You will supervise daily AP and PO activities, manage closing and reporting, and work with auditors, internal teams and vendors. It suits an experienced AP professional who is analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable driving process improvements.

What you'll do

Supervise daily AP and PO processes including invoices, payments, staff claims, refunds and vendor reconciliations.
Manage AP sub-ledger closing, accruals and reconciliations, and coordinate with Group Finance on closing requirements.
Ensure AP processes meet statutory requirements and monitor KPIs such as DPO, on-time payments and GR/IR aging.

Prepare management reports.

Liaise with auditors, internal teams and external vendors to resolve disputes and ensure timely responses to audit queries.

Streamline processes, drive automation and participate in finance transformation or system enhancement initiatives.

Good to know

Minimum 5 years in Accounts Payable required.
Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification required.
Strong understanding of GST, Withholding Tax and AP best practices required.
Experience using SAP is an advantage.
