When
You will support the Business Office within a hospital finance team, helping patients and families through the admissions process. Your duties include coordinating patient admissions and transfers, providing financial counselling and admission briefings, and making sure patients have adequate deposits or Medisave coverage. You will also help patients apply for Medifund, handle admission and billing enquiries, and collect payments. In addition, you will support new service rollouts and process improvements.
