Senior Associate Executive/ Associate Executive, Allied Health Office

About the role

You will support the strategic planning and development of Allied Health services at a new hospital in Bedok North. Your role involves providing administrative and secretarial support to Allied Health leadership. You will help with planning, budgeting, organising, and coordinating administrative and operational activities. You will work closely with Allied Health Leads, managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
• At least 2 to 4 years of administrative experience, preferably in secretarial support
• Well versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
• A good team player who is able to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions
