You will support digital transformation projects in a public healthcare cluster by managing stakeholder databases, preparing appointment letters and keeping records of change plans, communications and training attendance. You will schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder briefings, including participant lists, logistics and progress tracking. You will also enter survey and attendance data into systems, help generate reports and answer staff enquiries about change events and training. The role involves liaising with senior management, department heads and external stakeholders, and providing secretarial support to the team.
