Senior / Associate Executive, Operations Support Services (Event Support)

About the role

You will oversee day-to-day operations and administrative support for event support and audio-visual (AV) systems. Duties include managing AV service and vendor contracts, coordinating venue setup and logistics, operating and troubleshooting AV equipment, and providing live technical support during events. You will maintain an inventory of AV equipment and be the main point of contact for all technical aspects of events. You will also manage the Facility Reservation System, including approvals and liaison on facility and manpower rates, and assist the Service Lead with tracking KPIs, event support income, expenses and budget planning.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Audio-Visual Technology, Infocomm Technology or related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of AV system design concepts, projectors, sound systems, computer hardware and Windows Operating System
• Strong administrative, problem-solving, written and communication skills
• Able to commit to staying after office hours or on weekends/public holidays to support events when required
