When
You will provide administrative, secretariat and operational support to the Director of Pharmacy, Chief Pharmacist and the Pharmacy leadership team at Eastern General Hospital. Your duties include coordinating meetings, events and staff onboarding, as well as handling claims, payment requisitions, billing, procurement, invoice verification and inventory replenishment. You will also manage document management, scheduling, office support, workplace safety, security access control and visitor management. In addition, you will coordinate training registrations, professional certification tracking and learning administration, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
