Senior Associate/Manager, Finance, Incentives Management (1+1 Year Contract)

About the role

You will work with senior executives, researchers and lead engineers to check the status of financial incentives given to companies. You will assess whether companies have met incentive conditions through site visits and document reviews, and review claims for compliance with guidelines and award letters. You will also ensure service delivery follows agreed service levels, from planning to fieldwork and reporting. Other duties include identifying gaps, helping shape policy, preparing reports for senior management, and promoting awareness of incentive governance and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience in audit preferred
• Knowledge of governance and enterprise risk management preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
