About the role

You will lead the development of a cluster-wide sustainability data collection system and internal controls framework for SingHealth, ensuring data is accurate and audit-ready. You will work with Finance and Risk Management teams to integrate financial and social metrics into ESG disclosures, aligning with national reporting requirements. You will coordinate with SingHealth institutions to meet Ministry of Health milestones for data submission. You will also review sustainability-related risks and opportunities, track material ESG topics, and support governance and outcome reporting. You will supervise one direct report.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Sustainability Management, or related fields
• At least 12 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in financial reporting, internal controls, or sustainability reporting
• Accounting background with professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently
