Senior/ Asst Manager, Payroll Administration & Ops, Finance, EGH Planning Office

About the role

You will manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing and operations, ensuring salaries are paid accurately and on time. This includes payroll checking, validation, reconciliation and resolving discrepancies, as well as preparing payroll journals for monthly and year-end closing. You will handle statutory submissions, claims and compensation-related payments together with HR. You will also support payroll system implementation, user acceptance testing, data validation and process documentation. In addition, you will analyse payroll and manpower costs to support management reporting and work with HR and Finance to streamline processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant payroll administration or payroll processing experience
• Good knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes, reconciliation and statutory requirements
• Experience with payroll or HR systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
