Lead the design, development and enhancement of optimisation solutions across the airline's Operations Research portfolio, covering crew scheduling, aircraft routing, network planning and disruption recovery. Translate business needs, regulations and labour agreements into mathematical models and decision-support tools. Work with teams such as Crew Planning, OCC, Network Planning, Maintenance and Flight Operations to align optimisation outputs with operational rules and constraints. Define requirements, manage backlogs, run UAT and oversee end-to-end deployment of optimisers. Analyse utilisation, robustness and cost drivers to prioritise improvements, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
