Responsible for the overall performance of a commercial property, including managing staff and achieving property outcomes. Lead and manage a team of property professionals across financial, operational, HR, safety and contracting matters. Develop and implement asset strategies, budgets and reports, and ensure client asset plan savings targets are met. Manage tenant liaison, lease administration, fit-out coordination, capital expenditure and building services contracts. Deliver exceptional service to clients and tenants while ensuring compliance with risk management and managing agent agreements.
