About the role

You will handle pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties for civil and structural works, including airfield, concrete and steel structures. This covers measurement, estimating, tender evaluation, contract management, variation control, progress payment assessment, budget forecasting and claim review. You will lead the airfield and civil work package within the QS team and liaise with the client's PIC on design and construction issues. You will also support the wider QS team on pre-tender estimates, tender queries, change tracking and final account negotiation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or related field
Minimum 7 years' experience in cost management or construction projects
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience in client management and client-facing environments
Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software
Native-level proficiency in English
