Senior Cost Manager - MEP (Data Centre)

About the role

You will lead the delivery of cost management services for construction projects from start to finish. This includes strategic planning, stakeholder management, governance and execution to meet client expectations, quality standards and budgets. You will also oversee costs, manage and develop a team, and contribute to business growth and innovation. The role involves leading multidisciplinary project teams, managing estimating and cost planning, and preparing monthly cost reports for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years' experience in cost management or construction projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills with people management experience
• Strong business acumen and client management experience
• Experience in value management, value engineering and life cycle costing
