When
You will join a community intervention team providing mental health assessment, counselling, psychosocial therapy, case management and care planning for individuals aged 18 and above with mental health conditions or dementia, and support their caregivers. You will independently manage complex or higher-risk cases, serve as a clinical resource for escalated cases, and conduct case conferences with community partners. You will also provide clinical supervision and guidance to interns, volunteer counsellors, counsellors and other professionals-in-training, and conduct performance appraisals. In addition, you will lead training, advocacy, research and quality improvement initiatives, and support operational and governance matters within the department.
