When
You will manage data for clinical research studies and long-term study databases within the Division of Medical Oncology. Duties include extracting data from medical case reports, maintaining databases, and mining data from the hospital electronic medical record system. You will perform ETL on raw data from the enterprise data warehouse and harmonise data from multiple sources into analysable insights. You will also analyse registries and databases to identify patterns and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders. The role involves building AI applications such as information extraction, entity recognition and predictive models, as well as supporting HBRA/IRB compliance and liaising with patients, healthcare professionals and sponsors.
