You will own a logistics problem domain end-to-end, framing ambiguous problems and delivering analytical solutions that improve cost, efficiency and service performance. You will act as a thought partner to business leads, shaping problem statements and co-developing data-driven solutions. You will apply advanced analytical methods such as simulation, optimization and statistical modeling to solve problems like fleet sizing, routing, staffing and demand planning. You will also design and analyze experiments and apply causal inference methods to inform business decisions. You will build and scale data products and analytical tools, and communicate complex analyses clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
