About the role
Grab's Supply Planning team works on improving the experience of driver partners so they can drive smartly and effectively. As part of the data science team, you will use AI to give driver partners strategic, data-driven instructions and incentives that optimise supply utilisation across changing market conditions. This role suits an experienced data scientist who enjoys turning user and business problems into data science problems and building solutions at scale.
What you'll do
- Work with stakeholders to identify business problems and requirements around driver repositioning, activation and incentivisation
- Translate business problems into data science problems, formulate them and design possible solutions
