Senior Designer

About the role

Lead workplace interior design projects from concept development through to completion. Develop design presentations, concept plans, space planning layouts and technical documentation. Prepare and coordinate CAD and BIM drawing packages for design reviews, tender submissions and site execution. Manage client communications, presentations and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, contractors and project teams to ensure successful delivery, and mentor junior designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related design discipline
• Proven experience in workplace interior design projects
• Ability to independently lead and manage medium to large-scale projects
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing consultancy processes and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and foundational to intermediate Revit capabilities
