Senior Director of Sales

About the role

Lead the hotel's sales team to achieve room night and revenue goals across Groups, Corporate, Leisure, MICE, Airline and Luxury Consortia segments. Develop annual sales budgets, account coverage plans and sales programmes, and monitor performance against budget and forecast. Recruit, train and motivate Sales Managers and Directors, manage the sales incentive plan and build succession plans. Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing and Banquet/F&B teams to align pricing, promotions and events with sales priorities. Maintain accurate account and activity records in the hotel's sales systems and ensure compliance with safety, health and hotel policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of progressive hotel sales experience
• At least 3–4 years in a department head or senior sales leadership role managing Sales Managers and/or Directors
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in luxury or upscale hospitality
• Experience managing Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Wholesale and Luxury Consortia accounts
