Lead strategic office leasing advisory services for corporate occupiers across Singapore, acting as a trusted advisor on complex workspace transactions and portfolio strategies. Develop new business through networking, industry events and thought leadership, targeting multinationals, financial institutions, tech and professional services firms. Mentor and develop junior team members on transaction management, negotiation and client service. Manage end-to-end lease transactions, including site selection, financial modelling, occupancy cost analysis and negotiation of commercial terms. Maintain deep knowledge of the Singapore office market and champion adoption of digital and PropTech tools.
