When
Lead the design, development, testing, deployment and support of technology solutions for retail and customer interaction systems. Provide technical leadership during system integration testing, user acceptance testing and production implementation. Investigate complex defects and incidents, perform root cause analysis and drive remediation. Collaborate with business, technology, architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure and vendor stakeholders to manage technical dependencies. Guide junior engineers on engineering practices and delivery standards, and maintain technical documentation and operational run books.
