Drive continuous improvement of RDA equipment applications and recipe setup flows to reduce Time-to-Recipe, improve repeatability and enhance data quality. Support cost-saving and productivity initiatives through best-known methods, recipe reuse and workflow optimisation across RDA toolsets. Support tool recovery activities after downs, upgrades or excursions, and manage hardware-related logistics such as tool access and scheduling. Manage lot disposition and tool operations to ensure accurate lot measurements without quality issues. Coordinate training and briefings for the operations team, track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement. Adhere to safety procedures and be willing to work day or night shifts including weekends.
